Rachel Gruber founded Tempo Consulting after over a decade at Procter & Gamble, leading consumer and market research at the heart of innovation and strategy across billion-dollar brands. Constantly challenging the status quo, she has a track record of bringing insights & analytics into new spaces and applying it directly against the most complex business challenges.
Rachel has detailed expertise across classical market research techniques, but also has been working on the leading edge of new qualitative & quantitative approaches. She has a passion for bringing research to tangible business challenges, particularly in the brand health, media and retail spaces. She also has a track record of energizing brands for growth against key consumer groups including Multicultural, Millennials and Boomers, and currently co-chairs the data & measurement committee of the ANA’s Alliance for Inclusive and Multicultural Marketing.
Rachel has a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Purdue University, and a Masters of Business Administration from Indiana University, and currently resides in Cincinnati, OH.
